  • Courses & Discipline:  2021 and 2022 Year of Passing Graduates from Arts, Commerce & Science Streams. BCom, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, BSc from a recognized university/college.

# BSc (IT/CS), BCA, BCS or any equivalent course with IT or CS will NOT be considered for this Drive requirement.

  • Only Full-time courses (10th, 12th & Graduation) are considered. However, if you have completed your Secondary (Std. X) and/or Senior Secondary (Std. XII) course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling), you would be considered
  • Students with 60% and above throughout in academics (10th, 12th & Graduation) will be directly put through the Interview process
  • Students with less than 60% in academics must go through two rounds of selection process (Interview & Test)
  • Highest Qualification: Candidates should have completed the course in the stipulated course duration (i.e., No extended education – 3 years course should have been completed in the stipulated three years’ time)
  • Backlogs / Arrears / ATKT: Candidates should NOT have any backlogs at the time of appearing for this process.
  • Gap / Break in Education: It is mandatory to declare gaps in education if any in the TCS Application Form.  Overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until highest qualification. Relevant document proof, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education
  • Work Experience: As this role is for ‘Entry Level Requirement’, students are NOT expected to have any prior experience.

2. The students will get INR 3000 per month as

Branch Operations Manager- Job Description

Operations:
 Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process, and also supervise the execution of daily
tasks.
 Monitor staff productivity and ensure that all sales resources are adequately trained on the
products.
 Maintain daily sales report and Monitoring sales confirmation calling.
 Ensure that prospect customers connect with us.
 Managing and monitoring performance of the sales resource for optimal sales support.
 Online updating at every stage of customer groups.
 Ensure updating of CRM.

Customer Services:
 Branch administration, Lobby management, Queue handling.
 Ensure quality customer service is delivered
 Recording complaints received (self, branch, other units) within the stipulated TAT’s
 Monitor all complaints received and ensure that staff are closing it within the TAT.
 Improve customer communication on closures.
 Check with customers if the process of complaint has been managed well
 Verify all account opening form and authorizing the same before it being sent by you.
 Ensure certifications of documents required for opening and maintain customer accounts.
 Tax account and company account monitoring for cheque clearing report to control on bounce
cases.
 Error free documentation for all customer instructions
 Monitor and audit internally if this is followed by all concerned sales staff.

Preventive complaints management:
 Asking for feedback from customer, who are not complaining.
 Discussing with staff the importance of getting feedback from customer on regular basis.
 Responsibility of opening the customer account within the TAT.
 Ensure that all are dressed as per dress code & the grooming standards.

Marketing:
Ensure that the branch have banners, collaterals, pamphlet as per the merchandising manual
5-S norms are adhered to for all workstations including self
Staff management:
Ensure that all resources are adequately trained on the products and IBG Sales Process.
Monitor staff productivity and give guidance on improving the same in the in conjunction With the BM.
Ensure that all Resources are sent class room training on a regular basis.

Portfolio Relationship Manager- Job Description

Purpose of the Job: Responsible for the portfolio health of base customers. (Servicing existing Financial
Planning Account customer Managing Regular Customer Portfolio /Generating Leads from portfolio/ New
Business Sourcing / Sales
Managing Portfolio: Financial Planning Account Portfolio Relationship Manager shall be responsible for
the portfolio health of base customers. (Servicing existing Financial Planning Account customer of the IBG
FINCON / Institution/ Company)
Portfolio Relationship Manager shall monitor the portfolio in terms of maintenance of Customer
relationship.
 Account LTD Activation of the portfolio and fees transactions activity of the accounts Profitability
and Banding of customers and depletion.
 Portfolio Relationship Manager shall work in close consultation with the RCM (Regional Channel
Manager) and central product team to modify the product features / parameters to suit the need of
the customer.
 Portfolio Relationship Manager shall cross sell various products
Acquiring new customers to expand the Financial Planning Account Base.
Handling the unmanaged portfolio for Financial Planning Account. ensure that individual customers
are grouped and customer to group (CTG) ratio is maintained on the portfolio. by grouping them
with their family members, if they family members who already hold accounts with us.
 Ensure that optimal levels of income generating product group holding (IPGH) is reached ensure
that within each customer group a minimum number of stipulated income generating products are
sold. Ensure that customer group profitability achieved Manage band 1 and 2 customers and ensure
that they are moved to band 3 and above.
Enhance values within each of the customer groups Online updating at every stage of
customer groups. ensure updating of CRM.
 Managing & maintain existing customer relationship with all portfolio customer through regular
servicing. This would involve attending to regular credit & non-credit requirements of the client on
a day to day basis.
 Look for opportunities to cross sell any other product of the Institution, to ensure that IBG FINCON
is a one stop shop & solution for all financial needs of the customer. Regular meetings with
customer for monitoring, servicing, better understanding of Client business & to ensure overall
health of the portfolio. To increase product penetration in the existing relationship to enhance the
value of the relationships and get a larger wallet share of the client.
 Understanding & Analyzing the financial statements & balance sheet of customer, which would
facilitate deal structuring & credit Decisions. The role involves market developments/Business
developments with specific targets for business and income generation. Acquiring new large
customer relationships, through open market intelligence reference & follow up.
 Responsible for financial planning account sourcing and sales as well as referral from walk-ins
customer. To coordinate with DCID for new account acquisition

 Deepening of relationship with for existing customers who walk-in, through cross sell of all product
and services
 To provide product support to ensure that sales targets by branch through direct sales teams are
met branch administration, reduction in account attrition closures. Financial RM shall be responsible
for the portfolio health of base customer.(servicing exiting account customer of the portfolio.
 Portfolio relationship manger shall work in close consultation with the RCM relationship/parameters
to suit the need of the customer.

ROLE SUMMARY

In this role, you will be developing applications and services, developing user facing features by translating the UI/UX design to actual code, developing APIs, building POCs through a test driven development methodology.

This role includes requirement analysis and coding. You will be a crucial team member who can anticipate client needs.
